They are a lot tougher than normal latex bands. After getting used to latex bands for beginners level, you can use these for more resistance. Non slip and very wide, so they don't scrunch up and hurt you when your legs are too wide apart.
It’s really good...been using it for almost a month now...it’s easy on the skin and pretty much does it’s job...a bit tighter than the latex ones but the resistance is good
