  • When will you ship my order? 

Typically, our SLA for processing an order is 24 hours. Once shipped our carrier partner delivers within 3-5 days nationally. 

  • Do you have an offline store? 

Not at this time. Burnlab is primarily an ecommerce store. We also sell via Amazon and Flipkart.

  • Do you offer COD?

Yes, we accept COD orders on www.burnlab.co

    Burnlab.co Standard Shipping, Cancellation and Return Policy

     

    When you buy from us, we want you to be 100% happy with your purchase experience. This is why Burnlab.co offers free nationwide shipping on all orders. After order confirmation, we will ship your products via standard shipping which usually takes 3-5 days to most place.

     

    We hope you love everything you receive from us, but if you’re less than 100% satisfied, please contact customer care, within 30 days of your purchase, at support@burnlab.co so that we can make it right. If we made an error on your order, or if your product is defective, email us to request a free return shipping label.

     

    If you would like to cancel your order prior to shipping, please contact us at support@burnlab.co as soon as possible. We will refund your order fully if cancelled prior to shipping.

     

    All purchases made directly on Burnlab.co are backed by our 100% Satisfaction Guarantee and do not apply to purchases made through other retailers, such as Amazon or Flipkart. We recommend that you contact the retailers directly for return instructions.

     

    Please allow 14 days for us to receive and process your return. Original shipping and handling fees are not refundable. We’ll credit or refund the value of the items returned and any taxes you were charged less the original shipping charges. Please contact Customer Relations for more information regarding our return policies. Credit card adjustments should appear within two billing cycles.

     

    • Within 30 days of purchase, we will refund the original form of payment for online purchases. Credit card refunds should appear within 5 to 10 business days on your online statement after they are processed.
    • Any returns after 30 days of purchase will not be accepted.
