Only few complain, no bag to carry has been given, there's no exercise booklet and atleast door anchor should have been provided otherwise it's a good product.
This band is so usefull for full body exercise either it is legs, back , biceps , even shoulders. You can take it where you are going ..really handy. You can use it for homeworkout and in gym as well.
Works fine. The X Heavy can carry my full body weight while doing pull ups. The other bands can be used for a full body workout. This is really handy during the covid pandemic.

Did some workout before the review to test the sturdiness worth it.
I can lift quite heavy weights and can manage the weight bands.
Remember if you are atheletic and can lift weights 20kg dumbelss easily then go for this otherwise lighter version I would prefer.
I would recommend to buy the light and medium weight heavy weight won’t make sense even if you can lift heavy weights.
If you want to have great workout use light and medium belt.
