How to clean Fabric resistance bands

Using your hands

  1. Take a bucket of warm water and add some mild detergent to it. 
  2. Soak your fabric resistance bands in this solution for a few minutes and then gently wash them. 
  3. Hang your bands and let them air dry away from direct sunlight and heat.

Note: Please ensure that the water is warm and not hot.

Using a Washing machine

  1. Put your fabric resistance bands in the washing machine. 
  2. Use a gentle wash setting with cold water and a  mild detergent. (This ensures that your bands retain their elasticity.)
  3. Once you’ve washed them, hang them out to air-dry.

Note: Please don’t dry your resistance bands in your dryer as the heat could damage them.
